Silver and Bow are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable travelling Butler to provide Top-tier service to our busy client!The Travelling Butler will ensure the smooth running of the principals domestic and international travel, providing impeccable personal service, managing logistics, and maintaining discretion. This role requires a well-rounded individual experienced in hospitality, household management, and travel logistics, who can anticipate needs, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and offer high standards of service at all times.This role is for someone who is flexible to work long hours while travelling extensively, including some weekends. Able to travel with little notice and adaptable to a changing itinerary.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generally ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the property and the highest standards of service delivered to the Principal
  • Security & driving:
    • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid if needed
    • Transportation of client, route planning, and maintaining vehicle readiness.
  • Valet / butler:
    • Provide a comprehensive support across all client’s needs
    • Dinner set up and service
    • Liaising with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the household in all locations
    • Liaising with Personal Assistant to manage the principal’s diary
    • Front of house, meeting and greeting guests
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere, including managing lighting and music
    • Overseeing household inventories and ensuring stock levels are maintained
    • Device management: ensuring all devices are charged, easily located and ready for use
    • Cater to the employer's food preferences, focusing on healthy and health-conscious options. Prepare daily supplements and vitamins for the principal
    • Cleaning of personal items and ensure the availability of toiletries
    • Full wardrobe management & knowledge of expensive fabrics
    • Manage packing, unpacking and ensure luggage is always ready for travel
    • Manage bedroom setup when travelling
    • Conduct personal shopping and run errands as required
  • Personal assistance:
    • Primary point of contact for all communications to the client
    • Administrative tasks such as printing, researching
    • Assist with arranging and booking appointments
    • Setting up online calls/ podcast recordings and ensuring scheduling and coordination of activities with the other team members and PA
  • Training:
    • Delivering training sessions as required
    • Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of training areas, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order and readily available for use
  • Medical protocol / bio-hack management
    • Carrying out the maintenance of all bio-hack equipment
    • Managing the stock of medical items
    • Ensuring that medical protocols are up-to-date and effectively delivered
    • Reviewing and updating medical protocols together with relevant staff
    • Managing medical/ supplementation diary and sending reminders
