Unified Communications (UC) Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams and clients to design and deploy tailored UC solutions incorporating cloud-hosted and/or on-premises SBC architectures.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, presenting and demonstrating UC telephony solutions to customers.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft-based telephony, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud-based calling solutions.
  • Strong track record in UC presales, with a history of successfully supporting enterprise-grade voice solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of both cloud and on-premises migration strategies for Microsoft-based communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High-level documentation proficiency, ensuring clear and structured technical reports and solution outlines.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
  • Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design large-scale enterprise communication solutions incorporating:
    • Microsoft Teams voice solutions.
    • Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
    • PSTN connectivity methods including SIP, Operator Connect and Calling Plans.
    • Contact Center and Call Recording solutions.
    • Call analytics and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
    • AudioCodes
  • Solid understanding of voice technologies and a broad range of UC&C platforms.
  • Familiarity with contact center integrations and Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Teams migration strategies and methodologies.
  • Relevant industry certifications and professional qualifications preferred.
