You'll be joining a leading digital marketing agency, working on a variety of client projects, designing and developing user-focused websites that make an impact. What you’ll do:
- Design and refine websites and digital experiences that are user-focused, visually stunning, and fully accessible.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to bring your concepts to life.
- Conduct user and market research, gathering insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain and develop design systems, style guides, and branding assets.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, ensuring designs follow best practices and accessibility guidelines.
- Work across multiple projects, from large-scale web builds to ongoing design improvements for existing clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Ideally 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Creative & Analytical: A designer who thinks beyond aesthetics and understands user behaviours.
- Fast Learner: Someone who embraces feedback, is self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions clearly.
- Bonus: Experience in motion design, iconography, or branding.
