We have partnered with a global giant in Re/Insurance to find them an Underwriting Performance Lead. This is a great opportunity to work in a team that reports into the group CUO, offering multiple underwriting divisions deep dive analysis and profit driving strategic input. The role includes:

Working closely with multiple stakeholders to create strategic business plans.
Measuring actuals vs expectations for key assumptions that drive GWP and loss ratio performance.
Supporting business units to deliver against plans.
Finding cross business unit opportunities and threats.
Great vision across a huge global Re/Insurer.
