Your new roleAs a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the identification and mitigation of risks associated with your group of product lines to ensure a sustainable profitable performance. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues in underwriting and more widely across the market to understand all underwriting risks and take appropriate action.Key Responsibilities:- Analyse product line performance at overall market and syndicate level- Ensure that the agreed control processes and tools are effectively used for the oversight of underwriting risks and product performance- Identify key performance issues and insights in a concise and compelling way as well as making clear recommendations for ongoing performance oversightWhat you'll need to succeed You must have strong communication and influencing skills to achieve the Underwriting teams' objectives and strategy. You must have significant and relevant insurance/reinsurance industry experience and strong underwriting expertise and knowledge specifically related to Property Treaty or D+F.
