US Tax Manager - Top 40 firm Central London (Hybrid + flexible working) Up to £70,000 Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be supporting our client, a high growth Top 40 national firm, that are now keen to recruit into this newly created position of US Tax Manager taking a pivotal role in the firm's US tax department at their Central London offices. Role requirements - Manage a portfolio of clients and continue building sustainable relationships. Designated signer for both federal and state US tax returns Review and signing of individual US tax returns for a large & varied portfolio of clients Helping to train & mentor junior members of the team US tax research & providing advice to clients as required Tracking of tax return status on internal systems for reporting purposes Completion of various US compliance forms including FBARs, W-8BENS, SS-4s, etc Build productive relationships with team members and colleagues at the firm, adopting a collaborative working approach Person Requirements - An enrolled Agent and or US CPA with at least 5 years' post qualification experience of dealing with US taxes You will have experience as a designated signer for US returns and have strong technical knowledge of US tax return procedures. Well accustomed and confident in communicating with the IRS regarding client matters Familiar with US Foreign Informational filings such as Forms 8858, 5471, & 8865 is desirable Proven experience of managing / supervising other members of staff Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, experienced, and well qualified US tax professional to join this firm of choice offering an outstanding benefits package and significant opportunities to further develop your career.
