A celebrated and sociable team seeks a reliable and diligent Studio Coordinator with at least 2-3 years’ administrative experience within a creative studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual, with studio experience, to progress their skills and knowledge within a studio management capacity. This role requires a flexible and dynamic approach to oversee various processes and daily responsibilities. Working closely with the Directors and Design Teams, the Studio Coordinator will work closely with the Studio Manager and will oversee duties such as:

Meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls, maintaining presentation of studio

Managing studio diaries and calendars, booking travel for the team, ordering and managing studio supplies, and various ad-hoc administrative duties

PA duties, diary management for Directors, arranging meetings, producing business/presentation documents

IT duties, troubleshooting printer issues, managing image and content library, making amendments to the website

Marketing/Bids duties, working alongside the team on various bids, presentations, marketing material, award submissions and press releases

To be considered for this position, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be an effective self-starter, and hold excellent organisation and time-keeping skills. It is crucial that candidates can use Creative Cloud Suite Programmes effectively and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office Programmes.
