We are seeking an accomplished VoIP Expert (Technical Lead) with experience in configuring, operating, and securing public VoIP services to support a critical project. This role will contribute to the assessment of VoIP provider vulnerabilities in the UK, ensuring technical assurance, risk management, and alignment to customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Authority for the project, ensuring that all outcomes are achieved.
- Provide technical assurance and guidance to delivery teams.
- Research and document VoIP security vulnerabilities and fraud risks.
- Investigate and assess how criminals exploit unregulated VoIP services.
- Work closely with multi-supplier teams and the ACE Technical Assurer to manage technical risk.
- Support the development of recommendations for improved VoIP security and regulation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in VoIP technologies- configuring & operating public VoIP services.
- Knowledge of VoIP vulnerabilities, fraud, and security risks.
- Familiarity with VoIP fraud prevention techniques.
- Experience working in Agile environments with multi-supplier teams.
- Ability to assure project progress and align technical delivery to objectives.
- SC Clearance is required.
