If the above list resonates with you, this VP Sales EMEA opportunity which I've been retained on, working for a scaleup supply chain SaaS business, offers all of the above.They're a brilliant, remote-first business who have grown 100% YoY consecutively for the past few years. They typically sell into Enterprise customers, counting the likes of BT & Spotify as existing customers. They've recently received some additional funding & as a result are looking to hire a VP Sales to report into the Chief Revenue Officer, to help take them to the next level.
Your remit will be to lead, motivate, mentor & grow the EMEA sales team, which is spread across a few different countries (all of whom are English-speaking). You'll be responsible for adapting the sales strategy & will also support the team by being a "senior sponsor" towards the latter of large deals. They'd like to bring in someone with experience of scaling a remote SaaS sales team - ideally within the supply chain SaaS / ProcureTech space. You'll have worked within an agile SaaS startup/scaleup with previous remote leadership experience & whilst the role is remote - you'll be based in the UK.
