We’re partnering with a renowned design consultancy that crafts innovative, people-focused wayfinding solutions across sectors like transport, culture, and education. They’re seeking a Wayfinding Designer to work on exciting global projects.What you’ll be doingJoining a lean wayfinding team within a leading place-based design agency, you’ll be helping to create navigable, human-centred spaces for clients. You will use your understanding of wayfinding and information design to build out flow strategies, design signage, and deliver environmental design elements.You’ll play a crucial part in understanding client objectives and translating them into thoughtful, accessible user experiences. Working closely with internal teams, you'll bring together design and functionality to create impactful solutions. You will value accessibility and help to create inclusive environments with the rest of the wayfinding team.What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Understanding of wayfinding design and strategy, and some experience in this space.
  • Experience with planning and strategy, signage and pictograms, and user testing and prototyping.
  • A strong grasp of design principles and a user-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, and ability to work with teams of architects, engineers, and designers.
