The Role:

The Weekday Concierge will be part of the site high performance operational team and will work very closely with the General Manager and Front Desk Manager. They will have concierge experience and proven track record of working in super prime schemes. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. In addition, you will be responsible to protect the building and its occupiers by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises. The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience.

As part of your daily duties, you will be expected to:

* Welcome occupiers, staff, and visitors upon entrance. * Act as the point of reference for guests or occupiers who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements to the best of your ability. * Understand the customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions. * Acquire extensive knowledge of the premise, nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations if required. * Answer the phone, take, and distribute messages or emails and redirect calls.

Person Profile:

* Previous experience in a similar role in a prime commercial building, mixed-use scheme, 5-star Hotel and/or luxury residential. * Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred. * Excellent communication skills. * Polite and confident with a great deal of patience. * Ability to multitask and manage time.
