Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Wholesale Co-ordinator to join their team. As a Wholesale Co-ordinator, you will support the product manager in implementing the overall wholesale expansion strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the wholesale plan and margin targets. You will be responsible for managing wholesale product critical paths, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for wholesale partners, and working closely with the product, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely shipment. Additionally, you will analyse trading patterns and trends, sharing insights with the wider product team and maximising opportunities for growth. This role requires someone who is a great brand ambassador, possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills, and thrives in a start-up environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the product manager in implementing the wholesale expansion strategy
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for wholesale partners, addressing queries and providing support
  • Manage the wholesale product critical path and schedule appointments and feedback sessions with the product team
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and shipment of wholesale orders
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to discuss trade performance, potential opportunities, and marketing initiatives
  • Analyse trading patterns and trends to provide insights to the product team
  • Provide support with product administration as needed

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in wholesale and working with wholesale partners
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organised with strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Experience in a start-up is a significant plus
  • Managing export and import shipments is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn specific systems (e.g., Tradebyte, NuOrder, B2B, Mirakl)
