Windows and Virtualisation Team Leader

Office Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus

Job Type: Permanent

Hybrid Model: 3 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving, challenging, and improving the team responsible for managing and improving on-prem server performance, virtualisation environments, and cloud-based solutions
  • Lead the drive for automation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Administration, support, and maintenance of the Windows Server, Citrix, and VMWare environments
  • Monitoring operational stability and delivering improvements  
  • Team management, leadership and mentoring
  • Stakeholder and Vendor management 

Requirements

  • Hand-on project and support experience with Windows servers, M365, SCCM and Active Directory
  • Experienced with On-Prem and Cloud-Based Solutions | Azure, AWS
  • Strong knowledge of Virtualisation technologies | VMware Virtual Center, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  • Worked in Leadership roles – managing teams of 5+ people
  • Experience in regulated financial environments is highly desirable
