- Respond to exceptional events like industrial action or timetable changes, implementing contingency plans.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong educational background (A-Level or equivalent) and experience in rostering, crew management, or resource planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with rostering systems like TRACS Roster, Crew Plan.
- In-depth knowledge of rail industry operations, Network Rail, and compliance requirements.
