About the RoleAs a Workspace Designer, you will play a key role in designing and optimising workplace environments across a prestigious estate. Your expertise in AutoCAD, workspace planning, and agile working practices will be critical in delivering high-quality designs that meet both statutory and organisational standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that workspace solutions enhance functionality and meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities-
Design and deliver workspace proposals, creating space planning drawings in AutoCAD for various projects and business-as-usual requirements.

Advise stakeholders on workplace optimisation, agile working, and hybrid work strategies.

Manage workspace changes, furniture allocations, and move management services with a strong focus on customer experience.

Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver workplace solutions.

Maintain workspace data and asset management systems within Planon and contribute to BIM modelling.

Support project planning and financial forecasting for workspace and interior design budgets.

Ensure all workspace solutions align with statutory and organisational standards.

Degree or equivalent in a design-related subject.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Experience designing and planning workspace solutions for complex environments.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively.

Knowledge of FF&E procurement, delivery coordination, and installation sequencing.

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Experience using Revit and SketchUp.

Knowledge of working within heritage buildings and their constraints.

Experience with workplace management systems such as Planon.

Understanding of organisational change and political sensitivities.
