We are seeking experienced Word Processing (WP) Operators to assist with a critical branding update project. Your primary responsibility will involve updating legal documents to align with the firm’s newly refreshed branding, including applying revised templates, font sizes, and formats. You’ll use tools like HotDocs and work extensively with the firm’s in-house style guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience as a WP Operator, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in managing formatting and stylistic updates in high-pressure environments. Strong familiarity with in-house document styles and templates is essential.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to work fully remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from the firm’s London office. The position starts within the next two weeks and presents a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking law firms in the City.
