The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should:
✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
✅ Be an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher
✅ Have experience teaching KS1 with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
✅ Possess excellent classroom management skills
✅ Be able to engage students with a creative approach and handle challenging behaviour effectively
✅ Work well independently and as part of a team
