Zoho Architect | London | Up to £70,000

Oliver James are currently partnered with a retail client based in London, who are looking for a Zoho Architect to serve as the main point of contact for all applications within their organisation. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver effective solutions that meet their goals, develop complex custom workflows, implement system automation, manage data updates, and generate insightful reports and dashboards. As our client's business continues to expand rapidly, your contributions will be vital to their success. You will be responsible for understanding, following, and refining existing processes, while also recommending improvements based on your industry experience and user feedback.

Technical Experience Required:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in backend development (full-stack experience is a plus)
  • Proven expertise with the full suite of Zoho One products: including CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho integrations, including telephony, email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Proficient in standard coding practices, especially Deluge and SQL
  • Competence in creating technical design documentation, such as ERDs, DFDs, and process flow diagrams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript with React and/or Angular
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and deliver end-to-end solutions and technical architecture that address business needs and enhance system performance.
  • Lead the architecture and development of code and native workflows for long-term automation and development projects, catering to both internal and external users.
  • Work closely with C-Suite to execute in-depth automation and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to the legal team and the broader firm, offering both technical and non-technical feedback as required.
  • Assist in implementing automated and manual testing for all products, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Analyse user experiences and collaborate with the team to implement automation and workflow improvements.
Zoho Continuous Improvement:
  • Enhance existing functionality by reviewingand analysing product requirements, enhancing or fixing existing features as needed.
  • Design and implement integrations between Zoho and external applications.
  • Manage workflows, functions, and API calls to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and edit reports using Deluge, SQL, etc., and ensure all technical documentation meets company standards.
