Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national charity to recruit for the Individual Giving Officer in order to steward existing donors and maximise income across a variety of direct marketing campaigns and activities.

 

As a Individual Giving Officer you will:

  • Support on a variety of projects across Individual Giving; including direct mail, email, digital, and telephone campaigns – including work on the national fundraising Lottery.
  • Engage and Steward Supporters: Cultivate lasting connections with our supporters, managing multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, digital, and telemarketing platforms.
  • Lead Key Projects: Support and execute a variety of projects within Individual Giving, including innovative campaigns and retention strategies, with a focus on our national fundraising Lottery.
  • Drive Campaign Success: From forecasting budgets to tracking KPIs, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of campaigns to optimise impact and ensure each project contributes meaningfully to the charity’s goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments including Community Fundraising, Marketing, Data & Insights, and external partners to deliver inspiring supporter journeys and drive income.

To be successful, you must have experience:         

  •  Experience of Individual Giving fundraising or transferable experience (Essential)
  • Experience of supporter stewardship and retention (Desirable)           
  • Experience of either lottery or regular giving fundraising (Desirable)
  • Experience of managing external agency relationships (Desirable)
  • Experience of working with databases (Raisers Edge experience preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with advanced Excel experience
  • Interpersonal skills – experience of working within a team (ideally across multiple teams), customer service
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing relationships
  • Experience of developing compelling marketing materials and copy for print, web and social media

Salary: £33,948 per annum

Contract type:  Full-time, permanent

Location-  London, hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office
