The Role

We’re looking for an Offline Media Manager to take the reins on planning and buying across channels like TV, radio, print, OOH and cinema. You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and clients — bringing campaigns to life from pitch to post-campaign analysis.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that suits someone who knows offline inside out, stays curious about the evolving media landscape, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving agency.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Planning and buying across all offline media channels: TV, radio, press, OOH, cinema

  • Managing campaigns end-to-end — from briefing to delivery to reporting

  • Building strong relationships with media owners, negotiating the best value and innovation

  • Collaborating with the digital and strategy teams for integrated campaigns

  • Creating insightful post-campaign analysis and presenting back to clients

  • Staying ahead of media trends and spotting opportunities for your clients

  • Mentoring exec-level team members and helping grow the offline discipline

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in offline media planning and buying (agency-side ideally)

  • Strong understanding of UK media landscape, especially TV and OOH

  • Confident with data, audience insights, and campaign reporting

  • Great communicator — internally, with clients, and with media partners

  • Proactive mindset and a real passion for media done properly

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
