We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful, e-commerce agency and TikTok Shop specialist, that is looking for a Paid Media Manager to support their exciting growth plans.As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing strategies and managing the day-to-day implementation of paid media campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. From PPC and Paid Social to remarketing and other paid channels, your expertise will ensure impactful and results-driven campaigns.In addition to leading on strategy and optimisation, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a high-performing Paid Ads Team, driving their growth and success while achieving exceptional ROI for clients.What you’ll do
  • Lead Paid Social campaigns for clients, specialising in Facebook Ads, PPC and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives within the Paid media channel.
  • Lead in planning and managing budgets for paid social clients cross-platform.
  • Develop and track new tests including ad copy, landing pages, images, ad types and more.
  • Reporting paid media campaigns, analysis of effectiveness – across brand and performance. A key aspect of your role is to have a solid understanding of brand metrics, CRO, and ROI analysis.
What you’ll need:
  • Experience in Paid Social  / Media / Ads campaign management
  • Experience optimising paid social campaigns to meet performance objectives
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Result-orientated with a clear focus on return of investment

  • Salary: Up to £50k - £60k depending on experience 
  • Office Location: Camden (4 days per week in the office)
