The Role

The EMEA Growth Marketing Team is looking for a passionate and driven Paid Media Manager to develop and execute the Paid Media strategy for their Digital Media business. You will work closely with agency partners to manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategy, planning, and execution of paid media campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, ensuring smooth campaign execution and performance optimisation.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to ensure creative and relevant content delivery.
  • Lead testing methodologies, tracking, and reporting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Present campaign performance updates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reviews.
  • Drive innovation by working with agencies and partners to explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams, web, creative, and campaign teams to align efforts.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience running paid media campaigns across digital platforms (agency, publisher, vendor, or client-side).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of how paid media integrates with other marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (for reporting) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of European languages is a bonus but not essential.
