Following their continued growth and success, they're seeking a Senior Account Director to lead their real estate division and deliver exceptional PR campaigns for their prestigious clientele.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Director, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovative PR campaigns and managing key client relationships. Working with a dynamic team, you'll serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering strategic counsel and ensuring service excellence. You'll develop and manage media strategies, build relationships with senior journalists and industry influencers, and actively contribute to new business growth. You'll also play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working as Account Director/Senior Account Director with in a PR or Communications Agency. Strong knowledge of the real estate industry across residential, commercial, and architecture sectors is essential, along with the ability to flex into other sectors. You'll need exceptional writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
