We’re on the hunt for a Furniture Porter to join one of our client sites in London on an ad-hoc temporary basis. This role offers flexibility, with working hours depending on client requirements so no two weeks are ever the same. Shifts may range from early starts (6-7am) to late finishes (until 11:30pm/12am), but most shifts will be between 6-9 hours.

What you'll be doing:

  • Loading and unloading: Assist with the transportation of goods, equipment, and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Movement of furniture and equipment
  • Maintaining a tidy environment: Ensure common areas like corridors, entrances, and storage rooms remain clean and organised.
  • Supporting events and meetings: Help set up and dismantle equipment, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth operation.
  • Customer assistance: Be available to support staff and visitors with any needs or requests during your shift.
  • Adhering to safety protocols: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the work environment remains safe for everyone.
