Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and implement the school's behaviour management policies.
- Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive development.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and apply effective behaviour support plans.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall school environment.
- Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and promote positive engagement.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to behavioural challenges.
- Familiarity with the UK education system is an advantage.
