Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and implement the school's behaviour management policies.
  • Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and apply effective behaviour support plans.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall school environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and promote positive engagement.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to behavioural challenges.
  • Familiarity with the UK education system is an advantage.
