This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to join a highly successful and community-focused academy, starting in January 2025.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a NASENDCo-qualified professional, experienced in managing a diverse caseload of EHCPs and overseeing SEND provision across the academy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional SEND support and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. In this instrumental role, you will drive the academy's key priority of inclusive practice, ensuring all students thrive and succeed. You will also be responsible for delivering training and CPD to colleagues, helping to ensure all teachers are highly skilled in supporting SEND students as part of their daily practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the SEND provision for a diverse student body, ensuring all students receive tailored support to succeed.

Managing and maintaining a varied caseload of EHCPs and acting as the key point of contact for external agencies and families.

Leading staff CPD and training in inclusive teaching practices, embedding SEND awareness and strategies across the academy.

Building on strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including parents and carers, to ensure the best outcomes for SEND students.

About You:

NASENDCo qualification and experience leading SEND provision in a school setting.

A proven ability to manage a diverse range of SEND needs, with a commitment to inclusion and high standards.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies.

A passion for driving positive change and improving outcomes for all students.
