Matrix SCM Ltd, is currently seeking a dedicated Principal Estates Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing estate management activities and ensuring the effective utilisation of properties within the estate portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple sites
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Developing and implementing strategic estate management plans
  • Negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
  • Ensuring all property transactions are conducted in line with organisational policies
  • Providing expert advice on estate management and property valuation
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in estate management and property surveying
