Matrix SCM Ltd, is currently seeking a dedicated Principal Estates Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing estate management activities and ensuring the effective utilisation of properties within the estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple sites
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing strategic estate management plans
- Negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Ensuring all property transactions are conducted in line with organisational policies
- Providing expert advice on estate management and property valuation
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in estate management and property surveying
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Proven ability to manage a multi-site property portfolio
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations
