The role covers all aspects of reactive and planned domestic plumbing/heating maintenance dealing with both concierge teams as well as high net worth individuals.
You will travel between Premium Homes locations on a daily basis and will closely collaborate with our dedicated in-housePremium Homesteam who will manage your diary.
Masterfixoffers self-employed roles on the following basis:
- Day rate Up to £300 (PAYE options available)
- Flexible schedule
- Van hire options
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
- Up to date Domestic Gas Safe qualifications / Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
- A passion for solving problems in tenanted premium residential properties.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Own tools.
