Plumbing and Heating Engineer require for our client, they are areputable construction, plumbing, andheating contractor based in North London. They have been in business for over 10 years and turnover over 4m a year. They supply service, repair, and installation of domesticheating, commercial heating and renewable energy systems to private housing and commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, installation and repair of domestic gas, plumbing and heating systems.
Plumbing and GasEngineer Job Description
- Attending private properties to carry out maintenance and repairs on existing systems and appliances
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with gas systems and appliances
- Installation of domestic boilers
- Maintenance and repair to domestic hot and cold water plumbing systems
- Communicating effectively with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Experience with commercial heating or plumbing is advantageous as some of the work will include this, training can be provided
Plumbing and GasEngineer Requirements
- Hold a valid Gas Safe registration / Domestic Gas ACS tickets
- Previous experience as a domestic gas engineer and plumber
- Knowledge of current gas safety regulations
- Experience and qualifications in commercial heating or heat pumps is advantageous
- Reside within a commutable distance of North London
- Full Driving Licence
Plumbing and Gas Engineer Remuneration
- Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
- 20Days Annual Leave + BH
- Company van provided - inc private usage
- Tools and PPE
