Hours: Majority Monday to Friday working, 8:30am-6:00pm
Salary: Basic: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (£65,000 - £75,000 per annum OTE)

Key Responsibilities
Winning New Business - As a Senior Lettings Consultant / Lettings Valuer, you’ll be out and about, valuing properties, building relationships with landlords, and securing new instructions.Negotiating Like a Pro - Whether it’s securing the best deal for landlords or tenants, your sharp negotiation skills will be key.Managing the Lettings Process - As a Senior Lettings Consultant / Lettings Valuer, you will oversee every stage of the lettings process, from initial valuation to move-in day, ensuring seamless transactions and happy clients.Networking & Building Relationships - You’ll be the face of the business, developing strong connections with landlords, tenants, and potential clients. Your ability to create lasting partnerships will set you apart as a Senior Lettings Consultant / Lettings Valuer.Smashing Targets - As a Senior Lettings Consultant / Lettings Valuer, you’ll thrive in a target-driven environment, utilising your sales skills to exceed expectations and maximise your earning potential.Providing Market Insights - Staying ahead of market trends is key. Requirements
