As an OOH GP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during out-of-hours periods. You will work across various shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and overnights, ensuring that patients receive the medical attention they need. The position offers a mix of mobile shifts, triage shifts, face-to-face consultations, and limited remote work.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients during out-of-hours shifts
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
