The Practice:
We offer a fantastic range of services including Hydrotherapy andLaser Treatments on top of all the usual, routine consultations and operations available in a First Opinion site. With the backing of a family-owned business expanding their portfolio, we have the ability to help invest in new services as we add more Vets to the team. If you would like to bring your own doctrine that is not currently listed, we are happy to discuss how best to approach this.
We have a strong team of Vets, RVNs, and support staff as well as a handful of visiting specialistsincluding a cardiologistand Diplomatein Feline Practice.With the addition of a new Lead Surgeon, we will be looking to see how they want to continue our growth and become the optimum Veterinary Practice in a highly competitive area.
We are situated in North East London, with great transport links via car - and a 30 second walk from our nearest tube station!
The Role:
We are recruiting for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our practice and steer the helm. You will still be part of the clinical rota, offering consultations and surgeries to our beloved clients. If you have preferred bias, we are happy to discuss tailoring your own case load.You will be confident in your ability to support new graduates and EMS students as we do offer a variety of universities placement opportunities.
On top of clinical duties, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to keep pricingcompetiiveand profits steady. Good business acumen and a real desire to improve clinical quality is essential fr successin this role. You will likely be a current Lead Vet or a Clinical Vet looking for a step up into a more managerial position.
