We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Microstation Modeller to join our clients engineering team. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce accurate and high-quality as-built drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Bentley Microstation software. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the drawings reflect the actual installed conditions of the MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- As-Built Drawing Production:
- Develop and update as-built drawings for MEP systems using Bentley Microstation.
- Ensure that all as-built drawings accurately represent the installed systems, including changes made during construction.
Collaboration:- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information for as-built documentation.
- Attend site visits, if required, to verify and cross-check field conditions.
Quality Control:- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of revisions and updates to as-built documents.
Standards and Compliance:- Adhere to industry standards, company protocols, and project-specific guidelines in the creation of as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all drafting activities.
Software Management:- Maintain proficiency in Bentley Microstation and stay updated on the latest software features and functionalities.
- Manage and organize Microstation files and project databases efficiently.
