Description

  • Implement and support project management standards and frameworks.
  • Provide quality assurance and control during the project life cycle.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
  • Monitor and report weekly on project status and performance.
  • Co-ordinate and manage project meetings and communications.
  • Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Profile

A successful PMO Analyst should have:

  • A degree in a related field such as Business or Project Management.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and language.
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
