Description
- Implement and support project management standards and frameworks.
- Provide quality assurance and control during the project life cycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
- Monitor and report weekly on project status and performance.
- Co-ordinate and manage project meetings and communications.
- Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Profile
A successful PMO Analyst should have:
- A degree in a related field such as Business or Project Management.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and language.
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
