My Local Authority Client in London is looking to source an experienced Urban Designer to join their Planning Department.
The Role:
·To be responsible for the processing of planning matters within the Planning Enforcement Team, including responsibility for the handling of planning enforcement work across the borough, drafting statutory notices and related appeals including negotiations and conflict resolution with developers and other interested parties securing effective community benefits as appropriate.
·The negotiation and case management of complex enforcement cases, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough.
·To be the Council's expert witness in enforcement appeals heard by means of Public Inquiry, Informal Hearing or written representations.
·To provide advice and support to junior colleagues within the team as required

Hybrid working offered, however some office presence is needed/required, ideally one day per week minimum.
