Creative Artworker/Designer
Pay: £330 per day outside IR35Location: Hybrid working (London)Contract: 3-months rolling
Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented Creative Artworker/Designer to join our clients in-house creative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in typography, layout, branding, and data visualisation to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs. You will report to the Lead Designer and work collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
About YouYou have a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency. A strong portfolio (PDF or website) showcasing your relevant work is essential. You thrive in client interactions and can effectively communicate and deliver creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs, including:
- Editorial materials, reports, and presentations (InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Data visualisations, graphs, charts, and web assets
- Illustrations and icons
- Clearly present your designs and the concepts behind them.
- Enhance existing presentations and create new content that aligns with the company's visual identity.
- Develop imaginative solutions to elevate content, including animations and info-graphics.
Required Skills
- Strong grasp of design principles such as typography, layout, hierarchy, space, and colour.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Proficient in image editing and skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint is advantageous.
- Confident in taking creative direction and collaborating across departments to find solutions.
