We’re looking for a talented Design Creative to join our team and help elevate the visual storytelling for some of our biggest titles.About the RoleAs a Design Creative, you’ll collaborate with an internal team of strategists, marketing managers, creative producers, and freelancers to create visually compelling artwork for our client. This role blends hands-on design, art direction, and project management in a highly autonomous environment, allowing you to have a significant impact on how our content is represented visually.You’ll thrive if you’re creative, resourceful, confident, and eager to tackle a wide variety of creative challenges. A passion for innovation and technology is key, along with an ability to balance creativity with project management.   • Create and design assets to represent our clients titles across platforms, both on and off
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, agencies, and internal teams, providing creative direction and feedback
  • Develop a range of assets that support our testing framework and personalization initiatives
  • Innovate and streamline creative workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build strong working relationships with both technical and creative partners
  • Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery
  • Track project details and meet all deadlines
  • Balance creative excellence with effective project management and execution
  • Adapt and create high-quality artwork with limited assets
  • Evolve and grow within the Creative Studio team, motivated by the work and the team dynamic
The Right Candidate Will Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative environment, ideally within an agency or in-house at a tech, entertainment, or consumer brand
  • Experience designing key art (such as movie posters) or other entertainment-related artwork (e.g., DVD/CD cover art)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work and leadership in design
  • Expertise in developing creative for digital and user-centric platforms
  • Solid experience in creative project management, from kick-off through execution
  • A passion for creating data-driven, effective artwork that resonates with audiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on both creative and technical needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • A deep understanding of Our Client'’s values and the ability to advocate for team goals
  • A good sense of humour and a love for movies and TV shows
  • A curiosity about technology and comfort with creative tools and platforms
