Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation
    • Social Media: Develop scroll-stopping graphics, illustrations, and layouts for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Brand Assets: Design visually cohesive materials, including logos, icons, and templates, that align with brand guidelines.
    • Print & Digital Collateral: Create engaging brochures, presentations, and sales materials to support business goals.
    • Ad Creatives: Design impactful ad visuals and assets for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all designs align with the brand's vision and voice.
    • Collaborate with content creators to integrate visuals with written storytelling.
    • Support team initiatives by providing design expertise for various campaigns and projects.
  • Innovation & Ideation
    • Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns.
    • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative concepts to the team.
    • Continuously refine and improve designs based on team feedback and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years in graphic design or a related role.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
    • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
  • Attributes
    • Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
    • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Adaptability: Open to feedback and quick to adjust designs to suit evolving needs.
