Graphic Designer – 1/2 years experience – Sports/Gaming£29,000 + bonusCity (hybrid)Our client is looking for a creative graphic designer with 1-2 years experience, looking to take their design skills to the next level. You will join an established graphic design team, which works very collaboratively within the wider marketing team. You will be creating eye-catching and appealing content from images to videos on multiple brand platforms.THE ROLE:
  •  Re-touching: Editing, cutting out and re-touching images – responsible for our database of assets.
  • Campaign Design: Collaborate with internal teams daily and support the creation of visually striking graphics, banners and landing pages for year-round marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Content: Assist with engaging graphics and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook. On occasion you’ll help create video promos for YouTube and other video platforms.
  • Brand Assets: Assist in designing branded materials, such as advertisements, event visuals, and merchandise.
  • Animated banners: using Bannerflow to create animated ads that will be shown across different mediums
THE PERSON:
  • 1-2 Years in a graphic design/video editing role
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar design tools.
  • Confident creating short-form content (e.g., Reels/TikToks) and editing video using tools like Premiere Pro, After effects or other suitable software.
  • Passionate or an interest within sports/online games
  • Experience following brand guidelines and produce creative, campaign-driven work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to share ideas clearly.
  • Able to understand briefs, collect feedback from brief owners and deliver on time.
  • Degree in a relevant field is a plus, not essential
  • Experience with Webflow, Figma and Bannerflow is a plus
