This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand, building on recent successes, and to be part of a vibrant community club that plays a significant role in East London.  Reporting to the Head of Media & Communications, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing the club's visual identity and creating compelling, consistent assets for both digital and printed platforms. This role will involve working closely with various departments, supporting them with design needs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Guidance on prioritizing tasks will be provided, but the ability to balance a busy workload is essential.  The successful candidate will be expected to produce creative work from initial brief to final concept, executed to a high standard and ready for both print and digital usage. This position is ideal for someone who has recently graduated in a relevant field or has gained some industry experience.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Support various departments across the club by fulfilling their design requirements.
  • Create visually appealing assets for both print and digital channels.
  • Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats to be used across different platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the club’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop and refine the club’s brand guidelines.
Essential Requirements
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects is advantageous but not essential.
  • Completed higher education qualifications (such as a degree) in graphic design or a related field.
  • Demonstrates commitment to promoting the club’s mental health, safeguarding, and equality policies to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • Adherence to health and safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
