We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the marketing communications team of a world leading sustainability organisation body. They are committed to ensuring good business practice without causing harm to people or the planet. This position reports directly to Marketing Communications Manager. Offices are based in central London and they work hybrid.
This position is only 4 days per week so salary is prorata. Ideally looking for a designer who has worked in preferably in sustainability or luxury.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesBranding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve the company brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design across all print and digital materials
Marketing & Communications Support
- Design visual assets for campaigns, reports, presentations, and publications.
- Develop engaging graphics for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Create infographics, data visualisations, and impact reports
Website & Digital Design
- Support website updates with banners, icons, and graphics.
- Design digital assets for online webinars
Print & Event Collateral
- Design brochures, flyers, and event materials.
- Create exhibition stand designs, posters, and banners for trade shows.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work directly with the Communications and Marketing team to develop content as well as other departments such as training
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in sustainability or luxury.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience designing for both digital and print media
- Knowledge of web design principles and tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Ability to forward plan
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Speak a second language a plus
