I am seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a leading professional services firm. This dynamic role involves developing high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and print design, with additional skills in video and animation design being highly advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun, friendly, and ambitious team. - Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including digital, print materials, and multimedia graphics.
- Translate marketing objectives and strategies into visually compelling layouts and designs.
- Generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns, staying current with design trends and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency in all creative materials across various channels.
- Maintain and expand upon the brand's visual guidelines.
- Oversee the visual quality of all design assets, from initial concept through production.
- Work with wider teams to develop creative strategies.
- Present design concepts, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers, agencies, and digital teams, to bring projects to completion.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Use PM software, Monday.com, to develop an efficient process for managing all design tasks, tracking versions, comments, and statuses in one centralised workspace.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience in video and animation design using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
