Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in marketing and graphic design, with the potential to grow and learn in a collaborative environment.

What will you do?

As a Junior Marketing and Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating compelling marketing materials and visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies along with the design of bespoke products for the organisation. You will work closely with the design teams to produce engaging graphics and support various marketing initiatives.

What do you need?

You will need to possess a genuine desire to progress your career in all things design. A passion for creativity and marketing with an eagerness to learn and develop new skills. This is not a traditional marketing role; you will be exposed to multiple areas of design in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be prepared to expand your exposure to different software packages, so strong IT ability is a must.

What else?

• A degree or relevant qualification in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of web design and CMS (WordPress or similar) is desirable but not essential.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs based on direction.
