Based in Central London, this role offers the opportunity to shape creative campaigns for some of the industry's most recognisable brands, including collaborations with the world's leading Formula One drivers.
The Role:
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the creative output of the group. From conceptualising high-impact campaigns to refining brand identities, you'll deliver exceptional designs for digital and print platforms that connect with audiences across the automotive industry.
Additionally, experience or an interest in apparel graphics design would be highly advantageous, as you'll have the chance to contribute to projects involving branded clothing and merchandise for high-profile clients in the motorsport world.
You'll also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative, innovative creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the creation of digital and print assets, including social media visuals, websites, email campaigns, event materials, and branded merchandise.
- Brand Development: Shape and maintain the visual identity of client brands, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to conceptualise and execute standout campaigns.
- Apparel Graphics: Contribute to the design of branded clothing and merchandise, ensuring stylish and on-brand outputs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction to help them grow.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest design trends and tools into your work.
- Production Expertise: Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring a flawless end product.
About You:
We're seeking an experienced designer with a strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and expertise in automotive or related industries. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced business environment.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Proven experience delivering designs for both digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print production.
- Experience with apparel graphics design is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector or with lifestyle/consumer brands is a strong advantage.
