Description
- Own the brand. Keep everything on-brand, up to date, and consistent across all materials.
- Stay on top of design best practices and bring in fresh, creative ideas.
- Turn complex data into clear, engaging visuals-think infographics, data visualizations, and creative assets.
- Design everything from websites and product graphics to social media banners, email templates, and ads. It's a hands-on role, but some projects might involve working with external resources.
- Take research, marketing strategies, and product positioning and turn them into impactful designs.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, agencies, and developers to balance aesthetics with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to create eye-catching campaigns and assets.
- Manage digital design work-banners, sizing, versioning, and anything else that needs tweaking.
- Bring wireframes to life with simple, user-friendly UI designs.
- Make sure branding and creative stay consistent across all digital touchpoints.
- Support other teams with design needs-logos, product graphics, identity design, and more.
Profile
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator & InDesign.
- Solid skills in motion design tools.
- Experience with interactive digital design tools like Ceros or Vev.
- A strong eye for brand identity-you know how to create visuals that stay true to the brand while keeping up with trends.
- A systems mindset-comfortable building workflows for high-volume design output.
- Detail-oriented and forward-thinking
- Comfortable with cloud-based collaboration tools like Google Docs, plus the basics (PowerPoint, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Experience working on online product design.
- A background in event marketing and design.
- Motion graphics and/or video production skills (Adobe After Effects & Premiere are a plus).
- Some front-end dev experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- An interest in Finance, Investing, or Tech
