Job Opportunity: User Interface Designer

You will work within an agile, multidisciplinary team, blending user needs with business goals to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs. From wireframing and prototyping to testing and iteration, you'll oversee the entire design process. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Content teams to optimize user experiences and drive engagement across various digital channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead user interface design across digital products, ensuring a user-centered approach
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs optimized for different devices
  • Test and validate design concepts with stakeholders and users through A/B testing and feedback
  • Collaborate with the Content and Engagement teams to design content that enhances the user experience and supports business goals
  • Conduct user research, run A/B tests, and use analytics to inform design improvements
  • Manage and evolve the digital design system, ensuring consistency across products
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences
