Synchronicity Financial Services is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client as they look to recruit a Flexible Benefits Consultant to join their established and expanding Flex offering. Our client, a leading UK consultancy, has seen exceptional organic growth over the last 24 months, and they are looking to continue this into 2025.

This role will see the incumbent being responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the benefits and engagement platform, working with clients on requirement gathering, system configuration, and user testing/updates. You will also coordinate processes and efficiencies for the team in line with the wider EB department.

Day-to-day will include requirement gathering, process improvements, platform builds, test plans, launches, and provider liaison. You will also oversee the administration of clients schemes, data-loading, running reports, and checking/auditing data.

Applicants must have 4+ years of experience working in a flexible benefit implementation and client delivery type role. You will have good industry knowledge and be up-to-date with the latest market trends, as well as demonstrable exposure to HTML, CSS, & JavaScript, ideally.
