Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and dealing with the architecture of contact centres and unified communications
- Leading the design and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Producing and maintaining architectural blueprints
- Fostering relationships, technology innovation and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing integration of CRM
- Guiding the technical teams
- Leadership and mentoring
Requirements
- Strong understanding and history within contact centres and unified communications | Genesys Pure Cloud
- Strong solution architecture and/or Practice Lead experience
- SME-level knowledge across | VOIP, SIP and related protocols
- Experienced with Session Border Controllers (SBC's) | Cisco, Ribbon, Avaya, AudioCodes
- Solid understanding of workforce management tools and AI technology
- Experience in consulting environments is required
