About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our Clientsprestigious landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, high-end gardens for our Clients discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain luxurious garden landscapes
- Select and care for a wide variety of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Perform expert pruning, trimming, and shaping of vegetation
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and water features
- Manage soil health and implement fertilization programs
- Oversee and execute hardscaping projects (e.g., patios, walkways)
- Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and garden maintenance
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles
- Supervise and train junior gardening staff as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in high-end landscaping or gardening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles
- Proficiency in using various gardening tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred
- Specialized certifications (e.g., pruning, pest management) are a plus
